Data Integrity
Document Express provides the ability to encrypt data as it is
created in the ERP system, preventing users from modifying original
payment data. Encrypted payment files are loaded into the secure
Document Express database.
Once payments have been processed, secure transmission
and encryption on ACH Payment and Positive Pay Files provides
for a completely secure payment system. The data is never stored
in an unencrypted format.
User Reports
Built-in Document Express reporting tools provide instant access
to user permissions across all accounts and work groups, with
print and export capabilities. An authorized user can perform
user maintenance and cleanup on the system in a single mouse click.
