Reconcile payments from multiple
systems and accounts with Reconciliation Express, which automatically
loads issued and paid check information into a single reconciliation
database, compares issued and paid checks, and reconciles exact
matches. Issued and paid checks that do not match are considered
exceptions, which then may be reissued, manually reconciled or
purged.
All functions are fully audited with detailed reporting.
Reconciliation Express also may be used in conjunction with our
Escheatment Module to reconcile unclaimed property.

Bank Reconciliation
Module
Designed to handle reconciliation through ERP Systems, MHC’s
Bank Reconciliation Module converts the bank’s paid check
file into an upload-ready ERP file. The paid check is retrieved
from the bank, imported into Document Express and reformatted
into an ERP reconciliation format like CSV. Users may then save
the file to a configurable directory or FTP it to a specified
location to automatically reconcile payments.
